Cuban-American singer Camila Cabello has just released the music video for her new single "Bum Bum" with British singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran.
Directed by Mia Barnes, the video celebrates Cabello's Latina roots with a song about moving on.
In a tweet, Cabello said that it was one of his favorite songs because it gives him the freedom not to be perfect.
"It's one of my favorite songs I've written. Your life doesn't have to be perfect to allow yourself joy. Even through heartache, and confusion and mess . .. we keep on dancing," she said.
Cabello returned last July with "Don't Go Still," released on his YouTube channel. The track will be the first song from their new album "Familia", to be released on April 9.
Cabello rose to fame after finishing third in "The X Factor USA" with Fifth Harmony, a group formed by Simon Cowell from eliminating female acts in the competition. He is best known for his hits "Worth It" and Work from Home.
She left the group in 2016 to pursue a solo career. Since then, she released a self-titled album in 2018 followed by "Romance" in 2019.
