Noelle Foley was surprised by the undertaker did not mention Mick Foley at the Hall of Fame Speech

Undertaker's Hall of Fame speech didn't mention Mick Foley or their iconic Hell in a Cell match

Now, days after Will Smith yelled 'get my wife's name out of your mouth' to Chris Rock, Noel Foley has wondered why his father's name wasn't in The Undertaker during his Hall of Fame speech. . ,

The Deadman was inducted into this year's WWE Hall of Fame class and, as a result, gave a speech about his career. It was a spectacular moment that allowed Mark Callaway to end an illustrious 30-year career in the ring.

But Noel Foley later said on Twitter that she wished she had mentioned her father, Mick Foley, and their matches together.

"That was a great speech, but to my surprise there was not a single mention of my dad and his great matches together," she wrote.

"Obviously I understand it's hard to fit everything into one speech and remember every single person you want to mention. But it would be really nice to hear my dad's name mentioned."

His tweets received strong backlash from wrestling fans, who feel he shouldn't have made the Undertaker's big moment about his father, but Noel later joked about his father as his Hall of Fame in 2013. An important shout was also missing during the speech.

She later wrote, "To be fair, my dad forgot to mention my mom in his HOF speech".

Mick Foley and the Undertaker have a significant history

The Undertaker and Mick Foley had one of the biggest feuds of the Attitude Era of wrestling; perhaps, the defining moment of the whole thing was the King of the Ring match inside the Hell in a Cell structure in 1998.

During this match, Foley and Undertaker truly put their bodies at stake. Foley, who was Mankind at the time, was thrown through the announce desk from the top of the catch landing. But, incredibly, the match did not end there.

After being stretched out, Foley returned to the top of the cage and was then chokeslammed through it in a completely unplanned location that legitimately fainted. It was awesome to see from a fan's perspective, but completely accidental and incredibly dangerous for the cast.
