The two bands will embark on a month-long tour beginning August 16th
The 18-city tour begins August 16 at the Ball Arena in Denver, Colorado, and runs through the September 16 show at the RV Inn Style Resorts Amphitheater in Ridgefield, Washington.
Tickets for the show go on sale to the general public through Ticketmaster at 10 a.m. local time on Friday (April 8), but a special results pre-sale runs Thursday (April 7) from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. . Local time using the KORNEV22 code.
"We're looking forward to going on tour this summer and bringing out our friends, Evanescence," said Korn singer Jonathan Davis. "Whenever Amy [Lee] comes to one of our shows, I always love to see her on the side of the stage watching the whole set and rocking out. Evanescence's Amy Lee continued, "In high school I was very fond of Korn's music. It was an inspiration when I formed my own band. The opportunities we've had to play together over the years are a special part of our history. They're one of the best live bands I've ever seen. It's an honor and a thrill to be out again with my friends, our first full tour since '07. We're all really looking forward to it Huh."
Korn is the 14th studio LP from their recently released 2022 album, Requiem, the Nu-Metal Pioneers. will come out in support of Meanwhile, Evanescence is touring behind 2021's The Bitter Truth, which marked the band's first album of new material in 10 years.
