Albert Einstein was born on Pi Day and renowned astrophysicist Stephen Hawking passed away on a holiday in 2018.
But you don't have to be a math scholar to know that Pi Day equals deals on circular meals, including pies and pastries.
Pie Day, not to be confused with National Pie Day held in January or National Pizza Day in February, is usually a smorgasbord of deals on pizza, pastries, and pot pies.

Here are the deals available on Mondays at participating locations, unless otherwise noted. To be on the safe side, always check your nearest location before heading out. Many deals require you to have a restaurant's app or sign up for email.
7-Eleven Pi Day Pizza Deals
7-Eleven will have a $3.14 pizza deal on Monday for members of its 7Rewards loyalty program. Get any complete pizza, including cheese, pepperoni or 7-Meat, for $3.14 at participating 7-Eleven and Speedway stores. Receive deals with the Speedy Rewards loyalty program at participating Speedway stores.
The Pi Day pizza deal is also available through the 7NOW delivery app for $3.14.
The store has a limit of two pizza deals per rewards member and two pizza deals for delivery. Fees and delivery charges apply.

BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse has dine-in pizza deals for Pi Day. Get a mini one-topping pizza for $3.14 Monday.
Blaze Pie Day Deal: Pizza $3.14
Blaze Pizza is offering new and existing Blaze Rewards members any 11-inch pizza for $3.14 with a one-time reward on the chain's app. You'll need to sign up for the loyalty program on the app by the end of Monday day to get the deal. The bounty can be redeemed from Monday to March 31.
Carnation Pie Day Online Giveaway

Chuck E. Cheese Pie Day and Spring Deals
Chuck E. Cheese says its spring-tastic Family Fun Pack is available for delivery or carryout for Pi Day and through April 24. For $34.99, get two large pizzas, unicorn cotton candy, a goodie bag and spring activity sheet, and 250 e-tickets to your next Chuck E Cheese trip.
Sissy's Pie Day Deal: $3.14 Adult Buffet
Cicis Pizza has all-you-can-eat pizza on Mondays for $3.14. The $3.14 adult buffet offer is available for dine-in at Cicis' locations nationwide.
The chain also has a pizza deal for takeout. Get two, large one-topping pizzas for $5.99 each.
Domino's Pie Day: $3 Coupon for Carryout Orders
For a limited time, Domino's will give you a $3 "tip" for ordering your pizza online and pick it up yourself instead of opting for delivery.
Order carryout by May 22 and get $3 coupon code to redeem next week on carryout orders of $5 or more before tax and gratuity.
Plus, earn points to redeem for free pizza with the chain's Piece of Pi rewards program, which you can sign up for at Domino's.com.

Ego is offering 100,000 free boxes of waffles to make the daylight saving transition easier.
The Kellogg's brand said Monday it will announce official instructions on its social media accounts on Monday and that the first 100,000 people to sign up will receive a free box of 10 Count Homestyle Waffles.

The coupon is required and the brand says it must be printed and brought to the store or the code can be used online for pick-up.
