Olathe police say a school resource officer and administrator were shot and injured Friday morning at Olathe East High School.
A third person, an 18-year-old male student, was also shot and arrested in Olathe East.
Olathe Police Sgt. Department spokesman Joel Yeldell told media on Friday afternoon that all three of the injured were in a stable condition and were expected to survive.
It is not clear who shot first and how many.
Olathe police said on Friday afternoon that there was no active threat to the school.
Those involved in the shooting have not been publicly identified, although the Olathe School District said the families of the injured have been notified.
Olathe PD has asked parents of Olathe East students to visit Family Video at 12708 Black Bob Road to reunite with their children.
The Olathe School District released reunion points where parents and families could meet their students, who were being released on Friday afternoon.

The district said counseling services will be available at California Trails Middle School and Pioneer Trail Middle School until 7 p.m. Friday.
Agents from the Kansas City Division of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives are assisting with the investigation.
The FBI's Kansas City field office is also assisting, and the Johnson County Officer-Involved Shooting Team is also investigating the shooting.
