Tristan Thompson confirmed that she gave birth to a baby boy with Marali Nichols via her Instagram Story on Monday night, along with a sincere apology to her ex and other baby mama — Khloé Kardashian.
"Today, paternity test results show I gave birth to a baby boy with Marali Nichols," wrote the 30-year-old NBA star. "I take full responsibility for my actions. Now that paternity has been established I look forward to raising my son amicably."
He continued, "I sincerely and publicly apologize to everyone during this ordeal or dismayed."
In a second slide, Thompson acknowledged how her relationship with Nichols, 31, hurt Kardashian, 37, who he was still dating when she conceived.
"Lost, you don't deserve it. You don't deserve the heartache and humiliation I've given you," he wrote. "You don't deserve the way I've treated you over the years."
The athlete said that her actions "definitely don't line up" with her personal vision of the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" alum.
“I have the utmost respect and love for you. Despite what you may think, ”he said. “Again, I am very sorry.”
Thompson's admission comes after a major legal battle with Nichols.
As Page Six previously reported, Nichols claimed in a paternity lawsuit that she and Thompson had sex over the weekend of her 30th birthday in March, which resulted in her pregnancy. Thompson admitted to having sex with Nichols, but denied being the father of her baby, whom she welcomed on December 1.
Thompson repeatedly demanded a DNA test for Nichols's child to prove his paternity.
The NBA baller filed his suit against Nichols in Texas in response to his paternity lawsuit against him in California, though it was dismissed last month.
The fitness model opened up about her relationship with Thompson in December, sharing the first photo of her baby with People.
"Instead of focusing on any negativity, I am choosing to be a mother and do my best for my son," the Los Angeles resident said in a statement. "I don't want further media attention, nor do I want a romantic relationship with Tristan."
She continued, "My goal is to raise my son in a safe, healthy, loving and private environment."
Although Nichols has claimed that she and Thompson had a five-month relationship, Thompson states in legal filings that the two had intercourse only once.
Court docs also revealed last month that Thompson used the secret Snapchat username "blkjesus00" to arrange sex with Nichols on the social media platform.
"I only remember that [Nichols] and I had sex in March of 2021 and at no other time in 2021," he said in court docs.
"[Nichols] consistently used the word 'hook up' to describe our relationship which was a reality. I'm sure if the baby is supposed to be my baby that the only date of conception was March 13, 2021, because It was my birthday."
Page Six revealed exclusively in June that Kardashian left her for good allegations with Thompson, who she slept with model Sidney Chase. (His relationship with Nichols was not made public at the time.)
Thompson previously cheated on Kardashian in 2018 while she was pregnant with her now 3-year-old daughter, True, and then in 2019 with Kylie Jenner's then-BFF, Jordyn Woods.
In addition to his children with Nichols and the Kardashians, the Sacramento Kings player is also father to 5-year-old son Prince, whom he shares with ex Jordyn Craig.
