Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz are married! According to multiple reports, the couple tied the knot on Saturday at the bride's family home in Palm Beach, Florida.
Before the ceremony on Saturday, Beckham, 23, was seen relaxing while riding a golf cart with a dog on his shoulder. Peltz, 27, previously revealed that she had chosen a wedding dress by Valentino that was specially made for her by the house's creative director, Pierpaolo Piccioli.
The happy couple at the wedding were surrounded by their families and friends, including the groom's famous parents David and Victoria Beckham. The month the couple said, "I do," David gave fans a peek at his suit for his eldest son's big day.
Famous friends of the family who attended the wedding include Serena Williams, Eva Longoria and Gordon Ramsay. Longoria and Williams were photographed laughing as they attended the pre-wedding dinner on Friday. People reports more celebrities in attendance include Mel C, Venus Williams, Marc Anthony and Jordan Brewster.
The marriage took place nearly two years after Beckham questioned Peltz, his girlfriend of 10 months.
Earlier this year during an appearance on The Late Late Show with James Corden, Beckham asked Peltz to marry her in a gazebo, which he filled with her favorite flowers, candles, caviar, and wine.
"I couldn't open the wine, which was really embarrassing. After 10 minutes I finally opened it, poured it a glass, got down on my knees. He didn't know what I was doing," he said. "... I start telling her how much I love her. It went on for five minutes. And then I reach back, I have the ring, I open it, I was like, 'Will you marry me? Will you? Because I want to be with you for the rest of my life. You are my best friend.'"
"And she just started crying, and I was like, 'Oh no!' And then she didn't answer me for five minutes, she just kept crying," she continued. "And I was like, 'Is it yes? Is it not?' It was a bit nerve-wracking."
However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the couple's wedding plans were put on hold several times.
"We've been engaged for a year, and if COVID weren't such a thing, we'd have gotten married already, and it's been a bit difficult," Beckham told Hello. in November 2021.
In the same interview, Beckham gushed over the idea of marrying her "best friend," telling the outlet, "We have our own little bubble now and it's really cool."
