The NFL quarterback dropped to one knee while Ciara guest-hosted "The Ellen DeGeneres Show."
Russell Wilson proposes to Ciara!
Of course, since they are already married, this is not the kind of proposal you might expect. Turns out, he's proposing that they have more kids!
The Seattle Seahawks quarterback joined the Grammy-winning singer as she hosted "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" on Friday, presenting her a handful of roses.
"The juice really bothers me," she told the audience with a laugh.
"Do you guys want me to make her nervous more?" Wilson, 33, asked the audience before taking a knee. "I have a question for you. Serious question: can we have more kids?"
The couple are already parents to 4-year-old Sienna Princess and 19-month-old Vin Harrison. 36-year-old Ciara also has a son Future Zaheer (7), with whom she has an ex.
The pair made a great team on "Ellen," talking about naming their daughter Sienna, how she works out early in the morning, and their new book, "Why Not You?"
But back to this kids thing. Ciara was apparently caught off-guard by his solemn request, and laughed. So he pitched his side: "I mean, it would be perfect. Just give me at least one more."
Finally, the "Level Up" singer told her: Sure, but not now.
"We certainly can, but we have a little time before we get there," he told her. "I'm down to do it again, with you!"
