(CNN) -- Pfizer is voluntarily withdrawing its blood pressure drug Accurate because of too much of a particular impurity called nitrosamine.
The impurities are common in water and food such as cured and grilled meats, dairy and vegetables, but can increase your risk of cancer if you are exposed to it for too long.
Although nothing has been reported to happen to people taking this drug, Pfizer is recalling it just in case.
The recall includes the brand name and two generics. More information is available on Pfizer's website.
