The actor got the chance to work with Davidson when she played his mom in the film "The King of Staten Island."
Marisa Tomei can understand why so many women are swooning over Pete Davidson.
Tomei, 57, played the comedian's mother in the 2020 film "The King of Staten Island." But she can certainly understand the 28-year-old's "irresistible" appeal.
"She's just so f------ real, and she's unfiltered, but so sensitive. So she's almost a unique combination," Tomei told Rolling Stone in a new interview.
Tomei also admitted that he found his co-stars attractive.
"And he's going to look good even though I played"... Let's just put the mom thing aside. Come on, like, never mention it again," she said.
When asked how it was working with Davidson, who is currently engaged to Kim Kardashian, Tomi said she had a great time working with the "Saturday Night Live" star.
"I was actually talking to Pete today, because I was like, 'I never got paid for this. Did you? In this age of transparency, can we talk? But despite that, I have a good time. It was time,” she said.
Over the years, Davidson has been linked to a number of high-profile stars, including his ex-fiancé Ariana Grande, Kate Beckinsale, Phoebe Diever, and Larry David's daughter, Cazzie David.
Recently, the comedian has been making headlines for her alleged relationship with Kardashian, who is currently going through divorce proceedings with her ex-husband Kanye West.
When the pair were last seen together for the first time, social media users had some scathing reactions to what they believed was an unlikely match.
The rumored couple added fuel to the fire when they celebrated Davidson's 28th birthday together (in matching outfits) with Kardashian's mom, Kris Jenner, and rapper Flavor Flav.
In November, Davidson had some fun with the speculation surrounding them when Seth Meyers hinted at the relationship on "Late Night." Jenner also brushed off questions about her daughter's love life on New Year's Eve during an interview with Andy Cohen.
