Maggie and Jake Gyllenhaal shared some cute sibling moments on the red carpet at the 2022 Oscars.
Maggie (44) and younger brother Jake (41) were smiling as they posed together at the event.
At one point in the evening, Jake can be seen giving a cute kiss on his sister's cheek, which is indeed an adorable sibling moment.
It appeared that Jake attended the event to support his sister. Maggie attended the Oscars as her directorial debut, The Lost Daughter being nominated for three awards—including a Best Actress nomination for Olivia Colman in the lead role.
And, it wasn't just Jake who showed his pride for Maggie. The siblings' godmother, Jamie Lee Curtis, also celebrated their achievements. "Proud and honor for my kids," she said on Instagram. "Artist. Activist. Storyteller."
Maggie looked absolutely stunning as she walked the red carpet for the evening. She wore a custom designer dress by Schiaparelli for the event. The floor length black gown featured a stylish off-the-shoulder design that featured a flattering waistcoat. The design featured embellished beautiful gold embellishments, which made for a truly sensational and show-stopping look.
For her makeup, Maggie chose a understated eye and a red tinted lip, complementing her black gown perfectly. She wore her hair in an effortlessly cool pixie cut.
Maggie also posed for pictures with her husband throughout the night; Actor Peter Sarsgaard. The pair looked happy and relaxed as they smiled together for the cameras at the Oscars.
