Karishma Tanna's fitness game is getting better day by day. The actor, who recently married his fiancee Varun Bangera, is back in the gym. Karisma and Varun set couple fitness goals for us by working out together, just before their wedding. However, Karishma is back in her own right now and she is mastering it like never before. The actor, a day back, shared a short video compilation fresh from his fitness routine, and it is setting the mood on Instagram. For the mid-week routine, Karishma decided to work on her core and arm muscles through an intense routine.

Karishma did it all for her Tuesday workout - from weight lifting to battle rope workout. In the video shared by the actor, Karishma can be seen starting the routine by lifting 10 kg and working out. In the latter part of the video, she can be seen working her arm muscles while standing and balancing her body bent and performing rows. At the end of the video, the actor can be seen in his beast mode while working with the battle ropes. Dressed in a black sports bra and black gym trousers, Karisma can be seen focusing on her dedication and fitness. Watch his video here:

As done by Karishma in the video the workout routine comes with many health benefits. Lifting weights burns mega calories faster and strengthens muscles.
