Jack Harlow to Star in 'White Men Can't Jump' Reboot

From appearing in Kanye West's Donda 2 to playing in the 2022 NBA All-Star Celebrity Game, Jack Harlow has been everywhere lately — and it looks like he's getting ready to make his acting debut in the upcoming reboot. Huh. 1992 basketball comedy, Blondes Can't Jump.

Harlow is set to reprise the role played by Woody Harrelson opposite Wesley Snipes in the original Ron Shelton-directed film about two street basketball players who run their way to the top. Honestly, our money was on making her acting debut with a Euphoria cameo on Harlow, but it also works. Plus, Harlow gives off some Harrelson vibes.

According to Deadline, Harlow was apparently such a naturally born talent that she ended up auditioning on her first screen test. Admittedly, he really impressed one of the reboot's writers and producers, Kenya Barris, and we know he has the real basketball skills to testify to it from his performance in the All-Star Game.

In addition to Barris, Brooklyn Nets player Blake Griffin has also been signed on to executive produce the reboot, known as Calmatic, with Charles Kidd II set to direct. Now apparently the hunt is on as to who will play the girlfriend of his character played by Rosie Perez in the original film, as production on the upcoming film is fast approaching, starting later this year.
