As per the latest reports, Shahid Kapoor's sister Sana Kapoor, who we saw in the 2015 film 'Shaandaar', is gearing up for her wedding with Manoj and Seema Pahwa's son Mayank in Mahabaleshwar. Reports further stated that both the families have reached the location for the pre-wedding celebrations.
Several Bollywood celebrities have tied the knot in the past few days including Luv Ranjan, Farhan Akhtar- Shibani Dandekar, Vikrant Massey, etc. Well, now it seems that another B'town wedding is about to happen and that too tomorrow i.e. on March 2. She is none other than actor Shahid Kapoor's sister Sanah Kapoor, whom we saw playing a pivotal role in the 2015 film 'Shaandaar' which also stars Alia Bhatt. As per the latest reports, the actress is gearing up for her wedding with Manoj and Seema Pahwa's son Mayank in Mahabaleshwar. Reports further stated that both the families have reached the location for the pre-wedding celebrations.
Sana's mehendi and sangeet ceremony were to take place today while her big day is tomorrow. The ceremony is intimate with close guests. The news was also confirmed by her proud father Pankaj Kapur, who told Bombay Times over a phone call, "I don't want to talk much about it, but yes it is my daughter's wedding and that's what it is about."
The family seemed immersed in the festive spirit as they listened to the loud music. As the portal called the veteran actor, the voices of Ayushmann Khurrana, Rajkummar Rao and Kriti Sanon's song 'Sweety Tera Drama' could be heard.
For those who love the Kapoors and the Pahwa family for a long time. Apart from this, Sanah and Mayank also knew each other for a long time and some time back they got engaged.
Coming back to Shahid, he is currently awaiting the release of his film 'Jersey' which also stars Mrunal Thakur. The official Hindi remake of a Telugu film is all set to hit the theaters on April 14.
