Kelly Rizzo, widow of the late comedian and actor Bob Saget, is thanking those who have reached out to her to express their support since her sudden death in January.
In a video posted to her Instagram Stories on Tuesday, Rizzo said, "I wanted to take a second to say to everyone that this did not go unnoticed. I am unbelievable for all of your love and support." I am deeply grateful and appreciative." "I have had people who were strangers who have now become friends on Instagram. So many people have shared their stories with me about the loss you went through, and you poured your heart out, and it's really kind You have tried to help me by sharing your stories."
She continued, "It's sadly something I've learned recently. A lot of people really don't understand, don't really like to talk about it, it's not a very funny topic, but It's something that at one point or another, we all go through. And even though I'm still pretty new to this world, I feel like I had a crash course in it. Especially doing it in public "It adds another level, it takes it to this different place that you understand things a certain way."
The couple married in 2019 after dating for three years.
Rizzo ended her video by saying, "I can assure you all the kindness you've shown is a little bright spot and it just made it a little easier... to see that his on you all your life." What an impact it has had, is life-changing and (it) is simply incomparable how much this means to all of us, and especially I know how much it means to Bob," she added. "He thought he was well liked, I don't think he had any idea of the extent to which he really made a difference, and so I'm very grateful for that, so thank you all for showing up Me that."
