LYDIA BEDFORD is backing Jess Sigsworth to bounce back from a blowout knee injury that left the Leicester ace out for the rest of this season.
And the Fox chief is confident his players will lead with more goals in the forward's absence.
Sigsworth sustained an ACL injury during a training session and is set to undergo surgery.
The Pirelli stadium manager, whose side are third from the bottom in the WSL, said: "Jess is truly a level-headed man who has taken the news in his stride.
"She's a very positive character that's back in 2017 when she did her other knee.
"Jess knows what she's up against and is confident she'll come back stronger.
“She needs everyone around her, but she also knows that our focus should be on the other players during this kind of blame-and-against battle.
"But we're completely behind Jess in rehab."
Leicester, who are currently third from the bottom, have eight different scorers netting nine times in four of their last five matches.
On players sharing scoring duties in Sigsworth's absence, Bedford said: "Natasha (Flint) had a good game against West Ham before the international break which was good to watch.
“And hopefully she can build something more as the season progresses.
"I think that for players like Peggy (Bailey-Gayle) Missy Goodwin and Charlie Devlin, and it's an opportunity for them to take the minute."
Leicester, who have won their last three games, will face Chelsea in the fifth round of the Women's FA Cup after knocking Tottenham out of the competition.
The club will face last year's cup winners in their first match at Kingsmeadow since Bedford took over as manager in November.
The duel is the first of eight Women's FA Cup games to take place this weekend.
But with Manchester United's derby duel with Man City to be broadcast on BBC Two, only the fifth round match will be televised live.
And Arsenal's clash with Liverpool at Meadow Park can be seen on BBC iPlayer and FA Player.
The lack of coverage of the fifth round clash has raised questions about why more FA Cup games are not broadcast at this stage.
Chelsea boss Emma Hayes said: "It's crazy we're having talks about a weekend that we're not on this (TV) because we're in people's living rooms.
"We probably have to plug in those gaps where we just aren't quite doing it to the next level.
"But I like to focus on the progress we're making because the coverage has been fantastic."
