In January 2022, Wood accused Manson, 53, of raping her again on his music video set in 2007.
She was reportedly "forced to perform a commercial sex act under false pretense," and only agreed to a "fake sex scene," according to a new documentary about her life and career, which premiered at 2022 Sundance. It took place at the film festival.
In the film, Wood claimed that Manson "started real penetrating me" once the cameras rolled, The Guardian reports.
"I never agreed to it," she said. “I was forced into a commercial sexual act under false pretenses. That's when the first crime was committed against me and I was compulsorily raped on camera."
He has also accused the star of grooming him.
"My abuser's name is Brian Warner, also known to the world as Marilyn Manson," she wrote in a February 2021 Instagram post.
"He started grooming me when I was a teenager and horribly abused me for years. I was brainwashed and manipulated into submission. I live in fear of retaliation, slander or blackmail.
"I'm here to expose this dangerous man and call on the many industries that have enabled him to do so, before he ruins any more lives," he continued.
Manson and Wood met in 2006 when she was 18 and he was 38. They later started a relationship which lasted from 2007 to 2010.
While Manson has not addressed Wood's documentary, he has denied previous allegations, calling them "horrific distortions of reality" that "my intimate relationships have always been completely consensual."
"Obviously, my life and my art have long been magnets for controversy, but these recent claims about me are terrible distortions of reality," Manson said in February 2021.
"My intimate relationships have always been completely consensual with like-minded partners. Regardless of how — and why — other people are now choosing to misrepresent the past, that's the truth."
Wood isn't even the first woman to accuse Manson of sexual assault, she is the subject of four lawsuits accusing him of sexual assault, battery and harassment.
Wood's documentary, Phoenix Rising, is scheduled to debut on HBO in March 2022.
