PM contributes ₹1,000 to party fund, urges to make ‘BJP strong, India strong’

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday donated ₹1,000 to the BJP fund while launching a special micro-donation camp on December 25, the birth anniversary of former PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee. This campaign will continue till February 11. I have donated Rs 1,000 to the party fund of the Bharatiya Janata Party. Our motto of always putting the nation first and your micro-donations to the culture of lifelong selfless service by our cadre. Help make BJP stronger. Help make India stronger,” PM Modi tweeted along with the receipt of the donation.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah, BJP President JP Nadda also shared screenshots of his contribution.

"Any donation to the BJP is a contribution towards a stronger New India. You can contribute through the 'Donation' module of the NaMo App. I have done my part and asked all my supporters and workers to donate and help others to do so. Have appealed to motivate you," Amit Shah tweeted.

"From Atal ji's birth anniversary today 25th December to 11th February 2022, Deen Dayal ji's death anniversary, BJP is launching a special micro-donation drive. Your support will empower the party that always puts India first." JP Nadda tweeted.

“Our workers will connect with lakhs of people through this micro-donation campaign. The 'Donation' module in the NaMo app will be the medium through which we will collect these donations. I am urging people to strengthen the world's largest nationalist movement. I want blessings," the BJP chief said. The party said in a statement that the contribution could range from ₹5 to ₹1,000.
