Akshay Kumar’s Daughter Nitara’s Cameo In His Latest Song is Unmissable!

Akshay, Sara, and Dhanush starrer “Atrangi re” finally released today on OTT. An AR Rehman musical, the film songs are magical, especially the song “Chaka Chak” that has become an earworm for many! In his latest video, Akshay can be seen strolling in his garden lip-syncing to the lyrics of the new song ‘Rait Zara si’. Akshay admits that the song is stuck in his head and is being played on loop. Although her face isn’t visible, one can also see his daughter Nitara walk past him in the video.

“This song is playing on the loop, not just on the speaker but in my mind. Now I know what it feels like to have a song stuck in my head. Beautiful melody, beautiful feeling. #HolidayMood #GratefulLife (sic)” the actor quoted.

Musical maestro AR Rehman did no injustice to the film and as always surprised fans with outstanding composing.

“The musical journey always starts with the director coming and engaging and saying I want to do this crazy love story. I am a big fan of his (Rai) work, his screenplay, how he brings villages to life and makes it so international so the whole world can see our culture, our joy, sadness, hope, faith, everything” he said.

“He is a very important director in my life. Working with him, Irshad and Himanshu have been an amazing ride,” the Oscar-winning composer said.

Describing ‘Rait Zara si’ Akshay added, “a romantic ballad that takes you through a journey of love! #RaitZaraSi song out now! (sic).”

The movie that was related today has so far gained a positive response from the audience. With a 7.7 IMDB rating, audiences say that the movie gives ‘Tanu weds Manu’ and ‘Raanjhanaa’ vibes. People have lauded Dhanush’s acting and humor in the film, calling him the heart of the movie.

Earlier describing his movie-making preferences, director Anand said,

“I will always push stories which are full of love. I am the most fortunate person who has always got his share of love. I have never been deprived of love with the people around me — family and friends. And I feel very happy about it. I think your life only gets completed if you get your share of love. Maybe one reason is that there is so much love around me that I want to show that on-screen”

The plot of the movie revolves around a Tamil boy who meets a girl from Bihar, what follows is a love story for the ages. It’s a non-linear narrative of two romances that runs in parallel from different timelines.
