On the new song, "Backstage," Joel and Crooked reveal the most behind the scenes of the Slaughterhouse team yet. And it certainly turns out to be a disjointed track aimed at Joe Budden and Royce da 5'9, while "Vacancy", the lead single, seemed like giving the team one last chance to give their flowers. . Hours after its release Royce da 5'9 went live on Instagram to clear the air somewhat about the project and the record. Royce, Joe Budden and Joel Ortiz were arguing about who was more real before Slaughterhouse Instagram Live ended.
"If it's not rooted in truth, it's no use," Royce said after Joel Ortiz left Live. "The truth is just the truth," he continued.
