Karan Johar has announced Behadak, which will feature Shanaya Kapoor, Lakshya and Gurfateh Pirzada in lead roles.
As promised, Karan Johar took to social media on Thursday morning to announce a film. He took to Twitter to share the posters of Dharma Productions' next film Behadak. Directed by Shashank Khaitan, the film will mark the acting debut of Shanaya Kapoor, Lakshya and Gurfateh Pirzada.
In her poster, Shanaya is seen in a pink and brown top, with her face covered in wind-swept hair. He is introduced as Nimrit in the film. Karan wrote along with the poster, "Introducing the gorgeous @shanayakapoor as Nimrit in #Bedhaak. A fascinating force to behold, I can't wait to see the energy she brings to the screen!"

Lakshya, who was supposed to make his debut with the now-defunct Dostana 2, will play the role of Karan in the film. Sharing his poster, Karan wrote, "Guess it will melt your heart as easily as your smile. Presenting #Lakshya as Karan in #Bedhadak."
The third new entry, Gurfateh will play the role of Angad. "His good looks will have you hooked in no time! Watch Angad's character in #Bedhadak bring his spontaneity to the big screen with @gurfatehpirzada," wrote Karan.
Karan Johar shared more posters in which all three were included. "We bring to you a new era of love - one that is full of passion, intensity and boundaries that will be crossed... #Bedhdak! Starring, our latest addition to the Dharma family - #Lakshya, @shanayakapoor & @gurfatehpirzada ! Extraordinary directed by #ShashankKhaitan,” he said.
Shanaya is the daughter of actors Sanjay Kapoor and Maheep Kapoor. She was an assistant director in her cousin Janhvi Kapoor's film Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl.
In March last year, Shanaya Kapoor shared the news about her Bollywood debut with the following announcement: "Woke up with the most grateful heart today!
