Barcelona have signed Pablo Torre from Racing Santander, the LaLiga club announced on Friday after beating Real Madrid to field the talented youngster.
Toure is seen as a potential future star but will initially play for the club's reserve team Barcelona B this summer before challenging for a first-team spot in the medium term.
Barcelona said the transfer fee was €5m, with the amount potentially reaching €20m on a variable basis.

Several top teams were eyeing Toure, including Madrid, who is acting this season for racing, but Barca moved on Friday to end talks.
The Spain Under-19 international has scored six goals in 21 matches - 18 of them starts - for racing to help him top his group in the Primera RFEF, the third tier of Spanish football.
Barca have made a habit of prioritizing emerging Spanish talent, signing Pedri from Las Palmas in 2019 and promoting youngsters from the academy like Gavi and Nico in the first team.
