It shows her leading her team to the cricket field, wearing a jersey with slips of the names of male cricketers, as she makes a promise - "Today, you see us. Kal you remember our names". Will keep it."

Talking about the film, Anushka wrote in her post: "Chakda Express is inspired by the life and times of former Indian captain Jhulan Goswami and will be an eye-opener in the world of women's cricket. At a time when Jhulan decided to become a cricketer and make her country proud on the global stage, it was very difficult for women to even think of playing the sport. The film is a dramatic retelling of the many examples that shaped her life and women's cricket as well. ,

"From the support systems, to the facilities, to having a steady income from playing sports, even building a future in cricket - little has inspired the women of India to take up cricket as a profession. Jhulan's a struggler She had a very precarious cricket career and was inspired to make her country proud. She tried to change the stereotype that women could not make a career by playing cricket in India so that the next generation of girls would have a better playing field. Her life is a living testimony to that passion. And perseverance overcomes any or all adversity and Chakda Express is the most certain look in the not so rosy world of women's cricket at that time. There is still a lot of work to be done and we have to give her the best. So that sports can flourish for women in India," Anushka said.

Jhulan Goswami, who also shared the teaser of the film on social media, wrote in his post: "When you represent India, it's all on your mind. You are playing for the country, not for yourself. 11 women playing to register the name of Team India in history, it doesn't matter that they called girls cricket, not Khel Shakti. It doesn't matter that sometimes a person's achievements are placed above yours. It doesn't matter if the stadiums are empty. When you come on the pitch to bowl, you see that the opponent is holding the cricket bat and the stumps need to knock you out.

"It's this level of focus without blinking that lends itself to success. That, and remembering that you're not here despite everything being wrong, but because of everything being right. This world It's all about knowing one's location and keeping your feet firmly on the ground. You deserve to be here. And this is just the beginning. Team India is not just the roar of 1.3 billion voices of cheers and prayers Sometimes, a girl from Chakda plays a game of cricket while her team trembles, screams, and rises together when the stumps are finally out. Now is the time to watch the women shine. This is our time And we have come here to play.

“Today, you see us. Tomorrow you will remember our names. Join us, as we cheer for Team India and bring you this story. Chakda Express is now filming. See you on the field,” she said. added.
