Kim Kardashian was recently declared "legally single" by a judge. The KUWTK alum who filed for divorce in February 2021 is battling a messy divorce battle with Kanye West and in the meantime, her new relationship with Pete Davidson has suffered a lot. West recently launched an online attack against Pete after sharing a series of posts on Instagram where he mocked the comedian and later deleted him.
If that was anything less, Kanye also recently released a new music video for his song Easy that featured a cartoon like Davidson's Buried Alive. Pete was also named in the lyrics of the song, where Kanye raps, "God save me from that accident so I can beat Pete Davidson's a**." Netizens specifically called you out for it and also called the video disturbing. While neither Kim nor Pete reacted to it, a source close to Kardashian told Entertainment Tonight that Kim is upset.
The source told ET, "Kim is upset because Pete is nothing but kind and continues to be brought up in Kanye's drama, and he doesn't deserve it. The couple is overjoyed and hopes that over time Kanye will be able to do this." Will accept that Kim is happy that's all that matters."
Meanwhile, while Kardashian did not issue a statement, she showed her support for Davidson by liking a tweet shared by director James Gunn, who worked with Pete on The Suicide Squad. The director defended Pete amid Kanye's recent song release and described the SNL star as "the best guy."
